UI polish

• Limit headers now read "5 Hour Limit" and "7 Day Limit" instead of "5hr"
• Tapping anywhere on the blue update banner now opens the update window

Session Diary fix

• Burn history is now persisted across app launches — the sparkline populates immediately on first open

Window sizing fixes

• The popover now resizes correctly when switching between the main view and settings
• Background colour no longer shows through at the top of the window during the resize animation
