Summary

• add Developer ID signing, Apple notarization, and GitHub Release automation
• switch Sparkle to our signed release feed and enable automatic updates
• preserve and recover meeting data across the signing transition
• upgrade Sparkle to 2.9.4

Verification

• shell release scripts pass bash -n
• workflow YAML parses successfully
• macOS build runs in PR checks
